US President Donald Trump believes physical exertion is bad for you
The US president doesn't just skip the gym. Trump reportedly believes exercise bad for you.
The New Yorker reported that, "Other than golf, he considers exercise misguided, arguing that a person, like a battery, is born with a finite amount of energy."
Trump's anti-exercise beliefs are bolstered by his confidence in his own "genetic gifts," biographer Michael D'Antonio told Axios: "He wants to assume that he can do something that others can't do simply because of who he is."
Scientific research does not back up the president's reported beliefs about health, according to Business Insider's Kevin Loria.

Stewart forgoes the gym, having inherited a "naturally skinny" frame from her parents.
"We're all like this in my family, so I don't have to exercise a lot or go on a diet," she said, according to the New York Daily News.

While she's a major fan of restorative yoga, Hayek doesn't work out.
"I don't have time to exercise. I am working. I've had some 20-hour days," the actress told People.
